1. A copy of your business registration
2. A copy of your ABN (if Applicable) i.e. not for international accounts.
3. A photo of your shop or print-out of your website home page if applicable.

If a photo is not available for the shop, a copy of the lease will be sufficient until the shop has opened. Once the shop has opened a photo must be supplied.
